We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Mining Supervisor to join our team in the coal mining belt. ready to take on field responsibilities.
Salary: 13,000/- to 16,000/- monthly+ ESI+ Free lodging
(Affordable canteen facilities available)
Duty Hours: 10 to 12 hours, depending on work pressure. (Sunday Holiday).

Job Responsibilities:-
Checking production output according to specification.
Monitoring number of trucks loading, unloading and generate report.
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
Create and maintain proper documentation of production performance & progress.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
Required Qualifications:-
Minimum HS pass, Diploma in any specialization, Any Graduate, B.Tech/ B.E. in any specialization.
Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Ms Excel and Ms Word.
Good communication skills on Bengali, Hindi.
Experience:- Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply for this position. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience.
