Job Responsibilities:-
Process Monthly Employee Payroll Accurately and On Time
Maintain Daily Employee Attendance and Leave Records
Prepare Salary Reports, Payroll Documentation, and Hr Records
Coordinate with Employees Regarding Payroll and Attendance-related Queries
Ensure Compliance with Company Hr Policies and Statutory Requirements
Maintain Employee Databases and Documentation
Support Hr Operations, Onboarding, and Administrative Tasks
Required Skills:-
Basic Knowledge of Payroll and Attendance Management
Good Communication and Organizational Skills
Proficiency in Ms Excel and Ms Office
Attention to Detail and Accuracy
Ability to Work Independently and Meet Deadlines
