We are hiring candidate for Plant Supervisor jobs in Plant . The Plant supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth production activities, maintanining equipment, and managing worker performanace.
Salary:- 13,000/- to 15,000/- Per Month.
Duty Hours:- 8 Hours. ( Sunday Holiday).
Qualification: Min H.S. Pass & above
Job Locations:- Jamuria,Asansol( West Bengal )( Lodging Free & Canteen available ).
Job responsibilities:-
Supervise daily plant operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Assign task to workers and ensure work is carried out properly.
Coordinate with management for manpower and resource planning.
Candidate should be punctual, Responsible and Disciplined.
Problem- Solving and decision- making skills.
