Job Role:- Loan providing & EMI collection Job Descriptions:- Build a robust pipeline by conducting market visits, networking and collecting quality leads to meet loan disbursement targets. Assist customers in completing loan applications, ensuring all necessary needs and offer suitable loan options. Stay informed about the company loan schemes, interest rates, EMI structures, loan tenures and promotions to provide accurate and competitive offers to customers. Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships, partners, and clients to generate leads and referrals. Identify overdue accounts and initiate recovery actions as per company policy. Follow up defaulters through calls, SMS and field visits and negotiate repayment plans with borrowers. Collaborate with legal teams to take action in case of high value amount defaulters.
